Everything from "What this site collects" onwards is written by us: it describes what this website actually does, it is accurate, and it has not been through a lawyer.

2. Description of Service
Moedatech is a platform that connects equipment renters with suppliers. We facilitate the listing, discovery, and rental of heavy equipment and machinery.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the platform for illegal purposes
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
- Post harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
5. Equipment Listings
Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their equipment listings. All equipment must comply with local safety regulations and standards.
6. Transactions
Moedatech facilitates connections between renters and suppliers. The actual rental agreement is between the renter and supplier. We are not a party to rental contracts.
7. Limitation of Liability
Moedatech is not liable for any damages arising from the use of equipment rented through our platform. Users assume all risks associated with equipment rental transactions.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

What this site collects
The policy above covers the application. On this website it comes down to three kinds of information, and nothing else.
- What you type
- Your name, company, phone number and email when you send a request, ask for a rate or contact us. You give it deliberately; we do not infer it.
- Supplier documents
- If you list equipment: commercial registration, ZATCA registration, proof of ownership and equipment certificates. What each one is for is set out on the compliance page.
- How the site is used
- Which pages are opened, from which country, on what kind of device. Aggregated, through the tools listed below.
What loads on this site
These are the third-party tools this page actually loads. The list is the code, not a guess. All four process data outside Saudi Arabia.
- HubSpot
- Contact forms and the chat widget. Served from the EU region. It sees what you type into a form and which pages you visited before sending it.
- PostHog
- Product analytics: which pages and buttons get used. Used to decide what to build, not to identify you personally.
- Kepixel
- Traffic analytics. Records page views and where visits come from.
- Webflow
- The platform this site is published on. It serves the pages and their assets.
Cookies
The tools above set cookies in your browser. You can change what you allow at any time.
Use the Cookie controls link in the footer of this site to change your choice. Clearing your browser's site data removes them all.
What we never do
These are the same three commitments the about page makes, restated here because this is where people come looking for them.
- We hold no fleet of our own, so we never compete with the suppliers listed here.
- We sell no equipment.
- We take no percentage of the rate you agree. What the supplier quotes is what you pay them.
We do not sell contact details to anyone.
