• Match equipment requests with suppliers
• Ensure platform safety and prevent fraud

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

• Other users as necessary to facilitate transactions
• Service providers who assist in our operations
• Law enforcement when required by law
• Payment processors: card payments are handled by a licensed payment gateway. Moedatech does not store your full card number or CVV.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Moedatech application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Moedatech is a platform that connects equipment renters with suppliers. We facilitate the listing, discovery, and rental of heavy equipment and machinery.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Post harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

5. Equipment Listings

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their equipment listings. All equipment must comply with local safety regulations and standards.

6. Transactions

Moedatech facilitates connections between renters and suppliers. The actual rental agreement is between the renter and supplier. We are not a party to rental contracts.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

7.1 Suppliers may subscribe to paid packages (Basic, Pro, Growth, Enterprise). Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals on the Packages page and include VAT.

7.2 Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically at the start of each billing month until cancelled.

7.3 You can cancel or change your package at any time from the app. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your package stays active until the end of the paid month.

7.4 Payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment gateway. Accepted methods include mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay.

7.5 Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7.6 We may change package prices with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from your next billing month.

7.7 Account verification is free and is never charged.

8. Limitation of Liability

Moedatech is not liable for any damages arising from the use of equipment rented through our platform. Users assume all risks associated with equipment rental transactions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from them falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.

1. Subscriptions

Moedatech packages (Basic, Pro, Growth, Enterprise) are billed monthly in Saudi Riyals, VAT included. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing month until you cancel.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel or change your package at any time from the app. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your package stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for.

3. Refunds

• Duplicate or incorrect charges: refunded in full once confirmed.
• Service failure: if a technical fault on our side prevents you from using a paid package, we will refund the affected period or extend your subscription, at your choice.
• Otherwise: fees for a month that has already started are non-refundable, and we do not issue partial refunds for unused days.
• Verification is free and never charged, so it is not subject to refunds.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 business days. The time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. Equipment rentals

Moedatech connects renters and suppliers and is not a party to rental contracts. Payments, cancellations and refunds for rentals are agreed directly between the renter and the supplier.

Use the Cookie controls link in the footer of this site to change your choice. Clearing your browser's site data removes them all.

• We hold no fleet of our own, so we never compete with the suppliers listed here.
• We sell no equipment.
• We take no percentage of the rate you agree. What the supplier quotes is what you pay them.

We do not sell contact details to anyone.
