Verification is a check on papers your company already holds. It is what lets you quote on requests and appear when a contractor searches - and a decision takes two to three working days.

What each level lets you do
A supplier moves up as documents are accepted. Nothing is hidden - a contractor sees the level you are at, and so do you.

What to have ready
This is what a Saudi equipment rental company normally holds already. Moedatech asks to see these; it does not issue them.

How the check runs
Working days, not calendar days. Almost all of the wait is the one review step.

Keeping it current
The company check is repeated every 12 months. Nothing expires without warning, and an expiry never interrupts a job already running.

- First reminder. Nothing changes on your listing.

- Final notice, to you and to the account owner.
- On the expiry date
- Quoting is disabled and the listing is hidden from search. Jobs already under way are not affected.
- After you re-submit
- The same review runs again and the badge comes back.
Short answers
The questions suppliers actually ask before they start.
Can I list a machine I do not own?
Yes, if you may legally rent it out. A lease contract is accepted in place of customs papers or a purchase invoice.
What if my CR activity does not mention rental?
The listed activity has to cover equipment rental, so that is the one thing worth checking before you start. Amending it is done at the Ministry of Commerce, not here.
Can I see requests before I am verified?
You can browse the marketplace and see indicative rates as a registered account. Quoting and appearing in search both need the company check.
Does the badge say my machines are in good condition?
No. It is a statement about paperwork on a date - not a safety inspection, not a credit check, and not an endorsement. That boundary is set out on the compliance page.
