What we check before a supplier can quote
Every company that lists equipment on Moedatech goes through a document check before it can quote. This page sets out what is asked for, who issues it, how long it takes, and what "verified" means — and what it does not.

The three account levels
A supplier moves up as documents are accepted. Nothing is hidden: a contractor always sees which level a supplier is at, and what that level does and does not allow.

What a supplier is asked for
The list below is what a Saudi equipment rental company would normally hold already. Nothing here is specific to Moedatech — we ask to see it, we do not issue it.

How long it takes
Working days, not calendar days. The widths below are the real durations — almost all of the wait is one step.
When a document expires
Nothing expires without warning, and an expiry never interrupts work that is already running.
- 30 days before
First reminder to the supplier. Nothing changes on the listing.
- 7 days before
Final notice. The supplier and the account owner are both emailed.
- On the expiry date
Quoting is disabled and the listing is hidden from search. Jobs already under way are not affected.
What "verified" does and does not mean
This is the part worth reading twice. A badge is a statement about paperwork on a date, and nothing more than that.
What the badge proves
- The company is registered in Saudi Arabia, and the registration was active on the date it was checked
- The company is registered for VAT
- The trading name shown on Moedatech is the name on the commercial registration
- For Verified fleet, documents were seen for that specific machine
What it does not prove
- It is not a judgement of workmanship, or of how well a job will be run
- It is not a credit check, and says nothing about the supplier’s finances
- It is not a safety inspection of the machine’s condition today
- It is not an endorsement by Moedatech, and not a guarantee of price
- It does not move any liability for the rental onto Moedatech
Reporting a problem
If a document does not match what you were shown, or a supplier is trading under a different name, tell us.
- Gather what you saw
Supplier name, the request or job number, and the date.
- Send it to us
One email is enough. Attach a photo or a screenshot if you have one.
- We acknowledge within one working day
You get a reference number you can quote back to us.
- We re-check the documents
The supplier is asked to re-submit anything that no longer matches.
- If it is not resolved
Quoting is suspended and the listing is hidden until it is.
