What a package does not change
Worth saying plainly, because on most marketplaces it is not true.
- Verification is free, and no package buys it
- Your commercial registration, VAT record, national address and ownership papers are checked the same way whatever you pay. A supplier on Basic and a supplier on Enterprise go through one process.
- The badge is not for sale
- No package moves you from Registered to Verified company, or from Verified company to Verified fleet. Documents do that, and only documents.
- It does not change what a contractor is told
- The level shown beside your name means the same thing on every package. What we check, and what the badge does not prove, is set out on the compliance page.
Questions
If yours is not here, the app's support thread is the fastest route.
- Do I need a package to get verified?
- No. Verification runs on documents, not on payment. A package changes what your account can do once you are verified.
- Which one fits my yard?
- Count two things: machines and people. Under twenty machines and one person running the account, Basic covers it. Past either of those, Pro is the first package with no ceiling on both.
- Is the price per company or per user?
- Per account. Basic includes one user on it; Pro and above put no limit on how many of your people work inside the same account.
- Can I change or cancel a package?
- Yes. You do it on the same screen where you chose it, and the terms for changing or cancelling are shown there: your packages in the app.
